Current Events

 RWAGT Micheal Watson #74 visits John S. Watson on October 18th,2009 and shared some very important information.

John S. Watson #23 had a office clean up day on Saturday October 24th,2009, painting the walls, straightening up and throwing out unwanted things. Thanks to all the brothers who took some of their time to help make this undertaking a huge success. The attendees were: WM Eric Williams, PM Tyrone Smalls, PM Edmund Davis Sr., PM Kevin Alleem, PM Larry Wimberly, SD Nelson Davis, JD Alan Groves, JS Damon Davis, MM Ernest Dorman, MC Mike McKinzey, Rec Secretary John Parkinson, Trustee Reggie Ross,and MM Detmetrius Dancey

The Lodge also donated some canned foods towards the food drive.

Also on Saturday, October 24th,2009, Campell Washington Joppa Lodge #37 WM Malachi R. Jones,spearheaded an effort  along with JSW #23 WM Eric Williams, Benjamin Lodge #138  WM Edwin F. Montoute Jr.,Richard Allen Lodge #30 WM Del Williams and Phoenix Lodge #3  to clean up the grounds of the Masonic Complex. It is so good for brothers to work together in unity.

Past Master Frederick A. Jones Sr. was called to Glory in April 2010, and his son WDDGM Frederick A. Jones Jr. from the jurisdiction of Texas came and visited our Lodge and expressed his sincere appreciation of the wonderful job of the last rites performed for his Father. He also expressed that the family was very pleased with the ceremony.
